Tobias Meisner

Founder & Managing Partner

Prior to founding Everdan, Tobias spent more than a decade working with investments and business development across the Nordics and internationally. He has worked closely with business owners and management teams on ownership transitions, strategy, and value creation.

Most recently, he led the growth equity strategy at the Danish investment manager Heartcore Capital. Previously, he worked as an investor at the international private equity firm Permira, focusing on the Nordics, and at ADIA, one of the world’s largest sovereign wealth funds with a long-term investment approach. He began his career in Nordic M&A transactions at Lazard.

Through these roles, Tobias has worked with companies across different sizes, industries, and geographies, giving him a unique understanding of what drives successful businesses in different markets, and a strong appreciation for the people and the work behind them.

After many years in the industry, he saw a clear need for a more permanent and sustainable investment approach. He therefore founded Everdan with the ambition of becoming a long-term owner and partner to business owners who want their company to continue developing, while respecting the heritage and strong foundations they have already built.

He believes in patient ownership, simple decision-making structures, and long-term development over short-term optimisation.

Tobias is a Danish and German citizen and speaks Danish, German, English, Swedish, and French. He lives in the Greater Copenhagen area with his family.

Kasper Sandø Jensen

Founder & Managing Partner

Prior to founding Everdan, Kasper spent most of his career investing in and develop small and medium-sized Danish companies. For more than a decade, he has worked closely with business owners, management teams, and boards on acquisitions, ownership transitions, strategic development, and long-term value creation.

Most recently, Kasper worked as an investor at Erhvervsinvest, where he was responsible for sourcing investment opportunities, acquisitions and exits, investment analysis, transaction execution, and the ongoing development of portfolio companies. Throughout his career, he has been involved in more than 20 business acquisitions and has built extensive experience in investing, active ownership, and partnering with owner-managed businesses.

After many years of investing in and acquiring companies, Kasper co-founded Everdan to become a long-term owner and partner to business owners who want to continue developing their companies while preserving their culture, supporting their employees, serving their customers, and maintaining a strong sense of integrity. He believes in patient ownership, decentralized leadership, and long-term value creation rather than short-term focused ownerships.

Kasper began his career at Maersk, where he spent more than three years working with international markets and business development. This experience gave him a strong operational foundation and a deep understanding of customers, execution, and the practical realities of building enduring businesses.

Kasper is married and the father of two children. He was born and raised in Sorø, a town in western Zealand, where his family still lives today.
